Can I get my ideal draft for my Pacers? I hear Portland wants PG. I'd trade him for two of their picks get Terrance Ferguson, Justin Patton and Caleb Swanigan then in th second round get Jeff Teague's replacement in Edmund Sumner. Now that's a plan if I heard one

Why would you want Patton if you're presumably going to build around Turner?

Because we need a guy for the 4 assuming Turner kind of plays as a smaller 5 who can step out. The Pacers have indicated they want to go smaller which is fine but the Leaf pick made me want to burn all my stuff. Horrible pick when Ferguson was still available. I see Leaf as Tyler Hansborough part 2 which is not good. I would have rather had Ferguson to give us the awesome 2 we have lacked for a decade plus. At least we did get Sumner who I think will be an amazing NBA pg if he ever gets a jump shot. Get that and we are set at PG for 10 years. Now just need to find a 2,3 and 4/5 depending on what they do with Turner. Bird really left us up shit creek without a paddle

Plus I didn't think Patton would be taken in top 20. I was wanting Ferguson at 17, Patton for Portlands 20 then Swanigan with Portland other 20's pick. Just hire me as the Pacers GM now I can't be worse than Larry Bird unless my name is Phil Jackson
