Actually, I think Kelly is taking the spot vacated when Carla Morrow left. Ehlen was director of basketball performance. Whatever that is supposed to be. (I have a feeling that was created for him when he stepped down as an assistant a year or two ago.)

I like the hire though. Coach Neal has now completely turned over his coaching staff since his hire.

If the Director of Basketball Performance position was created for Ehlen, they replaced it with the Director of Basketball Administration and filled that with former NKU men's coach Dave Bezold.
