Not sure how soon you were looking to get it, but CBS Sports Network will rerun all 67 tournament games at some point this summer. At least they always have in the past. Just keep on the lookout for it.

Thanks for the info, but I'd like it sooner; and I don't get CBS Sports Network.

It's not out there yet, but eventually it'll be on the NCAA OnDemand archives on YouTube. I believe they have every Sweet 16 and after for every year.
