This Final Four is gonna be a scalper's nightmare. They may need to give away tshirts with each ticket, just to unload them at face value. I have been to 2 FFs where there were tickets at the box office. The one in Detriot, and 1 in Indy, that had LSU. I'm not shedding any tears, as I think scalper's have ruined the sports/ entertainment industry for fans. I hope they all lose there ass next weekend.

I must be the only person on here that has no problem with them. I buy from them all the time at huge discounts. I use to get up Sunday mornings, drive down to the Bucs game and pay 20% on the dollar to see whoever they were playing. Fun times. They just take a risk and try to make some money off it. Same as brokers and Vegas Casino's. Don't like it, don't play. I think in Indy, you actually have to buy a license to buy and sell tickets. Supply and Demand.
They may lose their ass on the FF and make it all up on the Super Bowl. Who cares? It's their business.

Pro Sports teams are allowing their season ticket holders to sell their unused tickets on their websites now, for a FEE, of course. So the very people who are issuing the tickets are "scalping" them to make more money.

Yeah scalpers are great as long as you are smart and negotiate with them. I've walked away from a scalper at a Reds game before after going back and forth a little and not finding a price I wanted and about 30sec into me walking away down the street he came running after me to give me the tix at my asked price.

All 4 schools will bring a ton of people. The scalpers will be fine.

Have you ever worked a Final Four? I have worked at 8. Sec schools, except for Ky, will not bring a ton of people. I have worked the Fla and LSU finals, both times tickets. went beggingNorth Carolina does not travel well for a blue blood.Ky, Lou, and Big Ten schools are the best.

I have many friends from South Carolina who are making the trip. I think the turnout is going to be high. Especially if you get some sort of Border War NC/SC final.

Gonzaga is going to take the entire school. South Carolina fans are nuts and could probably fill the place by themselves. Not sure about Oregon, but they're in the same time zone and have not been this far in 80 years. Demand for tickets will be very high.

With America's Team™ Gonzaga in the Final Four, ticket demand will be very high.

Well, I got burned by a scalper 3 years ago at the BET and I got burned again last year in St Louis for the Wisconsin game so I am easy prey or I just had a rash of bad luck.

For the BET they were fake but they were hard to differentiate from the real thing. The St. Louis tickets were an excellent copy. You couldn't tell they had been used. I was with another Xavier alumnus and both of us couldn't tell they had been used. Your best bet is always to hit up the people who've been bounced on the way out. Luckily, some UD fans at our hotel didn't want to sell them to us so he gave them to the hotel bellboy. The bellboy then let me have them both for $20. Not bad.
