After last year, I didn't know what to expect this season. I didn't think we would be as good as people projected- thought we lost too much down low. Then Myles is done...then Sumner is out for year. Couple that with a 6 game losing streak and to say you expected to be in the elite 8 at that time is insane. But, here we are.

Love our conference and one of the reasons is because I have respect for the other schools and their fans. They earn it with posts like the ones above. Zona always has my support because of SM, one of my favorite coaches, and I love to watch how they play. Hoping that Butler does well and beats that team that must not be named, put another BEast team into the 8!

I wish there was a way we could play Arizona a home and home in the regular season. I know both coaches would not allow it because of their friendship. It is never going to happen. Fans would love it though, and it would be on Primetime on national tv. Judging by the last two meetings it would be quite a series.

Thank you Xraycat. You guys played a great game. No way to ever take the sting out of a loss like that. It is going to take awhile. I would recommend that you imbibe a significant amount of alcohol, and then for shits and grins root for us against the Zags. We would be proud to be your new team for the rest of the tournament, and we are only half way done.

I always thought we'd make the tourney and loved our draw but Elite 8 was completely unexpected for me. Loving it!
