Look out, here comes UConn in March! Can definately see them snatching one. Also Alabama is a long shot to pilfer a spot. Richmond or Davidson have a good chance of winning the A10 tourney but that would probably just cost VCU or Rhody a spot in the PIG. Marshall cutting down the nets would do likewise to MTSU.....UConn or Bama would be the only 2 that might effect X. Anyone else just slightly worried that if 1 of those 2 should win (let alone both), that our 3-7 record in the last 10, would put us in that dreaded PIG scenario?

I think we are ok to avoid Dayton, but I'm definitely rooting for SMU/uc in the AAC and VCU in the A10 just in case we are closer to the play in game than I think we are. Plus I'm tired of awful UConn teams catching fire in their conference tourney to steal a bid. So unrelated to X, I actual prefer that uc ends their run today so that awful team doesn't sneak in. Kentucky should handle Bama today, so not overly concerned there. Oh yeah, guess Middle Tenn has a pretty good at-large case, so I'll root for them to win as well.

I'm not overly concerned, but it's not out of the realm of possibility either.
The kicker with all of these "bracketologists" is that in reality their opinions mean as much as yours and mine. There's only one opinion that matters, and that's the Selection Committee.

Last #10 for what its worth.
Probably anywhere from 9-11.
Big winner is BE getting 7 teams in and VU with overall #1 seed and playing games on MSG again to get to FF.
More money to BE schools, more recruits and facility upgrades.
