I know that some of you on this site like Mo Egger no more than you do Paul "Doc" Daugherty. But this was a neat read (with a lot of nice photos accompanying the article).http://espn1530.iheart.com/onair/mo-egger-9170/xavier-basketball-needs-to-make-a-15530891/

Mo is the best in town, and very fair to X. And he's right those uniforms kick ass.

Of all the Cincinnati area radio and newspaper guys, I find Mo to be the most rational and fair to X, which is especially crazy since he's a UD grad and a UC fan.

One of my good buddies and life long "Muskie" fan sent a tweet/message to Greg Christopher asking if we could get more running man logo'd items in the bookstore. He said he would send "a flare" to the marketing folks, and agreed it would be a great addition.
I loved the uniforms the other day, even the royal blue. I'd take more running man with our current color scheme. But the shorts from the other night were so good looking, they should find a way to at least put a small running man on the current versions before the game on Saturday.

Is this the last shot of the game?

No, that's on the wrong side of the court.

That's when Tre went down in the 1st with the ankle injury. Still a sweet picture though
In regards to Mo, he's made a huge turn around on his views towards X since when I first started listening 8-9 years ago. I think he appreciates successful programs and can put his own fanhood to the side to recognize that. Especially since for the better part of the last decade, X has been the most consistent in Cincy of all sports. I also think his good on-air relationship with Mack is a big part of it. They always have great interviews when he's on and they seem to get along pretty well. I know he goes to a decent amount of games, and the fact X doesn't have to play UD any more probably makes it easier

For some reason, that shot of Tre's, and his physical appearance, remind me of Oscar Robertson.

Love the lighter blue color and running man logo. I don't like the font. Other than that I'm Hoping they do switch with a different font

I'm in 100% agreement with Mo here. I can't express how great it would be if these were our regular uniforms if only for the fact that the bookstore would carry them and I could purchase one without winning an auction. They're the best X has ever had and some of the best I've ever seen imo.
The running man is ok once a year but I think those 2 shades of blue are awful. I still like the current stylized X best. However I'm not a fan of the big X on the shorts. I would prefer the X logo or the Musketeer logo on the shorts. Also love the greys. I would have grey as the secondary color on both home and away uniforms. No matter what they wear just win.

I agree. I would buy one of those jerseys in a heartbeat. Would love for them to be our regular jerseys.
