I actually think the US foreign policy is pretty damn good. We had hawks trying to get the US involved in Syria, back to Iraq, the Ukraine, on and on. The speedy trial aspect in Georgia will be interesting to watch. 2 of the co-defendants (Sidney Powell and Ken Chesebro) have requested a speedy trial; they would start mid to late October if they don't hit any snags along the way. AD Fani Willis now wants everyone to start their trial simultaneously in the same timeframe, although that's very unlikely to happen. Also recall that the initial timeframe was mid-March to start for everyone. Given the amount of discovery involved, I can't imagine that only 2 months will be sufficient to go all over it.

My guess is that just these 2 people (along with anyone else who exercises the speedy trial) go ahead and go to court in October. We'll also see if anyone else flips on Trump in that timeframe. I'm also guessing that the motions to switch this to a federal venue (i.e. Mark Meadows, Jeffrey Clark) are going to be denied.

Well, I am glad it doesn’t affect you. I have to fill up once a week for work and kids activities. It definitely is noticeable from Trump to Biden with the hit to the wallet. That doesn’t even take into account the increase cost on most other goods due to rising fuel prices. His war on oil is doing nothing but drive the cost of living for the rest of us. I am not a huge fan of oil but there currently isn’t a better energy source out there for the demand of todays economy. He needs to increase oil and refinery production and also invest heavily on research and development of alternative fuels for the future.
