Three Sunday home games? So much for making the drive/flight out 3 or 4 times this season.

Gtown @ X National CBS game on a Saturday???

Never thought I'd see the day...

Pac12 Network game against Colorado will probably be the toughest game to find on TV. That, or the annual first game of the year on Fox Atlantic or whatever against Lehigh. Other than that, should be relatively easy to watch every game - love that about the Big East.

Yep - we'll have to see if that's the mainline Pac-12 Network or just Pac-12 Colorado.

A few other notables:

Games on the national Fox network include Utah, at Creighton and Villanova at home.

The scheduler did gave Xavier some breathing room after the Crosstown Shootout; they will play at St. John's 3 days later at MSG on Sunday, January 29 at 6 PM.

Last and probably least will be the regular season finale at DePaul - will Xavier fans outnumber DePaul fans as they say goodbye to AllState Arena?

The Eastern Washington game is new, right? Pretty sure that was originally EKU?

X is never gonna get a Wells Fargo Game are they... I don't blame em. They haven't played well at the Pavillion at all in the last 3 seasons.

But if they didn't get it this year, then not looking good ever. I'm guessing they feel it's either an advantage to play at Pavillion as well, or X just wouldn't bring enough fans to the game for it. I know there's some conflict with the Sixers and other uses of the arena. But if they wanted it there, pretty sure Big East would work around that for that matchup

I forget who I heard it from or read it somewhere, but apparently Nova won't schedule you at WF until you beat them at the Pavilion.

Or if you have Doug McDermott on your roster and you can sell tickets at Wells Fargo (Creighton's first Big East season). I wouldn't blame Villanova for playing X at the Pavilion as long as it gives them a significant home-court advantage.

Great schedule, but I am disappointed that there is only one Saturday night game at Cintas all year!

I would imagine that if they projected a sell out at WF they would schedule at WF.

At Baylor, at Colorado, and home vs Utah is one of the hardest 3 game OOC stretches I can remember in a while. Looking forward to it.

I've never really counted before, but there are probably fewer than ten teams that have four regular season games on national broadcast TV. When ABC and CBS used to do the regional broadcasts then those don't count because the game isn't available to everyone every where. So, this is pretty awesome.

I believe the last time Xavier had a regular season game on CBS was when they got smashed at the Meadowlands by Duke in '08-'09.

Utah should be pretty down this year. They lost three starters and weren't all that deep.

Colorado lost Josh Scott, but they were a very deep team that returns a ton of contributing players. I seem to say this every year, and more often than not it doesn't play out, but I think Colorado is gonna be pretty good this year.

That was a regional broadcast that was pulled off the air for a better game in about 95 percent of the country.

I believe you're correct. Although I just realized this one should have an asterisks next to it since it's Sunday instead of Saturday...
And just happens to be the same day as NFL Conference Championships. I'm guessing CBS has the late game that day or game will be moved to CBS Sports Net

As someone that was there and sitting directly behind our bench...I agree. It was a bad dream.

Games are typically at 3pm and 6:40pm. Definitely a timing conflict. Hopefully we just get moved up to noon or something.

Yes, it would be moved to noon (or even a little earlier) if the AFC Championship game goes early. Otherwise, the 2 PM timeslot would lead to an approximately 2-hour pregame show for the late game.

The AFC title game will be the late game this year since it was the early game last year.

I didn't realize they alternated the times - I remember the NFC Championship game always being the later game for a very long time because of teams like San Francisco and Dallas.

The NFL has announced that they will move the kickoff times around so as to not conflict with our game.

I am really disappointed in the lack of home Saturday Big East games. Sorry 94Grad.....I loved spending my money at Danas on Saturday.

Guess I will have to go overboard on the two Saturday Big East games and the nonconference couple.

I plan to be at that game, but about everyone gets the Pac 12 in Denver.
