How long would that drive be? 7.5 - 8 hours??? That would be one epic roadtrip. We'd likely not be in any shape to go to the game after drinking all the way there from Cincy!

Luckily I AM a betting person and I am hammering Villanova laying the points. The beauty of a line like that (anywhere from about 2-6 pts) is if you are laying the points and the favorite can get into the last minute with just a 1 point lead and possession you have a great chance of covering. Especially when the favorite is a good free throw shooting team like Villanova. I cannot tell you how many times I've back-door covered on what amount to garbage time free throws when the trailing team fouls just to stop the clock.

When Villanova was up 17 in the second half I flipped to the UK/UT game and figured I was in solid shape. WTF happened? I turned it back on with about 30 seconds left with the game tied. How Josh Hart's lay up and the sub sequential put back didn't fall is the beyond me. OT was my only hope at that point. That was just a bad beat. It happens. There are two types of gamblers, those that acknowledge their losses, and liars. I'd make that bet again 100 times out of 100.

I'm still confused why this thread exists, but just looked at Marquette's numbers and they are crazy balanced. Almost identical to our 08 team. Impressive. Would've been nice to have Reinhardt
