Nice article for Ed indeed! I had never really thought about his intelligence, but it's nice to hear he's a bright guy with a solid major.

One of my favorite non Nova players in College BB. He is a stud. Will be great (and painful as an opponent) to watch his game continue to develop. He's going to be a very wealthy young man.

I love watching Ed play and he has done all the hard work. Wish we could keep him around forever.

He has a chance to be a lottery pick. He is tall, quick, smart, fast and (HOPEFULLY) a solid shooter.
He is Mr. NBA all this year.

Computer Science Major?? Acting classes?? That's awesome stuff right there, kudos to the staff for really thinking outside the box there, Ed seems like a real class act, and I'm glad he's part of our program.

Very nice article. Did not know he took acting classes. Rob Dauster always does quality work.

Xavier seems to have done a very good job in promoting their players. Tea-time for Tyrone Hill, for instance. I wonder how much of this is pushed by Xavier, how much it's reporters at the Nike camp etc. As a fan, I kind-a hope the staff does what they can to keep a player an extra year; but I realize that getting top talent, in part, is because Xavier is a place to launch a professional career ... and a staff that takes care of it's players, will get the future recruits.

This sentiment exactly, as much as it sucks, we need to send some people to the draft early, and get more X alumni in the NBA in order to attract recruits to show them that we can develop talent and get you to the next stage. It's all about brand marketing, and I think we're in a good place currently, I don't ever think we'll be the Duke's, and UK's getting a lot of one and done players, but even a couple guys making the jump after Sophomore/Junior year can't bring anything but positivity in terms of reputation.
