Mack Family forms Foundation for Children

Xavier head men's basketball coach Chris Mack (http://goxavier.com/coaches.aspx?rc=193) and his wife, Christi, hosted a kickoff event for the Mack Family Foundation on Thursday, August 25. Leaders from the political, media, sports and business communities gathered at the Mack Residence to begin to build recognition for the family-fueled non-profit organization.

"Christi and I have chosen to create a family-centered foundation whose mission is to serve, inspire and help less fortunate children in our community," said Mack. "The platform I'm blessed to have as Xavier University's head basketball coach will allow my family and me to do meaningful work in the Tri-State region."
