Need to know if anyone knows any contractors that can give a quote to get my girlfriend house ready to be sold. They need to be able to fit us in within the next month. Any and all help is appreciated. Tab at Danas or any road trip that we meet up is on the line.

I can't help with your specific request. However, and based on your terms of compensation, I will agree to sue sue said contractor if said contractor screws the work up.

Just like a lawyer, had to do the double sue thing. I guess it just gets them excited! :biggrin:
