It's worse than you thought. First Trump, now this.

The Apocolypse is nigh.

Harbaugh is marketable, Jordan knows that, it's a smart business move on both parts. Kids are materialistic, and like seeing the Jumpman logo as well..

So I guess you know what the heck this is about.

Duh, I'm 23, that's the perfect age to understand Jumpman culture now isn't it? ;)

I am not 23, and had no idea there was such a thing or what it might be. But then, I don't have to recruit kids....

It's the Michael Jordan brand. He transcends basketball. He is the epitome of competitiveness and success. I don't see the issue at all.

I don't even think it has to do with Harbaugh, but he certainly helps. Michigan is one of the top 5 or 10 schools when it comes to merchandise sales.

I've read several articles attributing the idea for the partnership to Harbaugh's son and Charles Woodson, with the latter getting most of the credit for putting the parties together.

The Jumpman logo won't help Harbaugh in November when they have to play Urban Meyer's Buckeyes!

Muck Fichigan.

Jumpman?!? Darrell Griffith scoffs at another player from his era calling himself "jumpman".

Derek Jeter's gear was outfitted by Jordan brand. The Jordan/Jumpman brand is an off-shoot of Nike, which is not limited to basketball apparel. Marquette is outfitted by Jordan brand, and St. John's used to be before switching to UnderArmour.

I am not a Michigan fan, but I have always loved their uniforms and helmets, and have just not been a fan of adidas' iteration. I think Jordan/Nike will help tremendously.
