Some historic items being sold from the early days of the Gardens. There will be a few Xavier items in this sale, but most of the stuff dates back to the earlier days of the building the Muskies called home for so many years.

Lots of Mohawk hockey items, Royals stuff, Cyclones, Circus stuff. It will be an interesting group. Pretty sure there's a Prosser/Huggins ball in that collection too.

Full sale will be up Monday. There are over 500 items slated for the sale.

Interesting note that came up in another thread. Originally, the Gardens was the Garden. There is a program from the first hockey game held in 1949 in the sale. Not sure when the name changed.

I was doing really good initially. I had a bid on a poster, pennants, cup and some other knick knacks. I guess some high rollers decided to join the party and I was left behind. It reminded me of the Regional semifinal against Texas back in 1990. I remember buying shots at Dana's at halftime. I think we were up double digits. I wish I could forget the walk back home to Park Lane apartments. It took forever.

There were one or two more on the site like it. One was Pitino/Louisville, and one was Tubby/KY. There might have been others. Probably just some guy who wanted it for his mancave. It might look fancy, but I'm sure it's all just a bunch of plastic.
