Xavier is a 3-seed. Villanova gets a 2, and 5 Big East teams make the cut. Here's the link: http://www.cbssports.com/collegebasketball/bracketology

Seton Hall is too low. Butler has no chance of making the tournament. I think 1 of Marquette or Georgetown will make it as a fringe tourney team.

Why does Butler have no chance? They have a really solid starting 5 in Savage, Woodson, Wideman, Chrabs, and Martin. Tyler Lewis and Brunk will contribute off the bench and they have a handful of 3 star recruits who can help.(Lewis may start over Savage or Woodson cause he's more of a true PG) They should make the tourney. I could easily see the big east getting 6 teams in with us, nova, seton hall, Marquette, Creighton, and Butler.

They were a 9 seed last year and lost Roosevelt Jones and Keller Dunham. I just don't see them as a tournament team.

Agree about Butler, though Jones is a pretty big loss for them. I think 6 out of 10 teams going to the tourney may be a bit of a stretch. I think last year was almost a perfect storm in terms of getting 5 in.

We got 6 in in 2015. I think we'll see us and nova at the top, then 4-5 teams around or a little above .500, then DePaul providence and st johns waaaay further down. I think 6 isn't easy, but definitely doable. Just need to see other teams take care of business in the nonconference.

And Butler at #8. Not too shabby!

(I'll just ignore #5.)

So if this Bleacher Report is accurate, lets look at our schedule

#1 Villanova (2x and maybe 3)
#2 Xavier
#4 Oklahoma (possible matchup in PR)
#8 Butler (2x and maybe 3)
Honorable Mention - Davidson (possible PR match in round 2 in PR) and Baylor on the road

Good job with the schedule!
