Well, he certainly seems to enjoy being on the student side of education. Hope he enjoys the other side just as much.

I did not know he had a PhD in communications. I find that interesting. He's an exceptionally smart and ambitious guy with innovative ideas. But I got the sense he was a horrible communicator from a management perspective. He dominated every discussion, did not listen, and did not tolerate dissension. And hence he had a difficult time building consensus. Taking on athletics at a school like Xavier was just one of many examples.

Met him once. Not impressed. Better he go back to a tenured professor.

I guess that communicates that just because you study something doesn't mean you're necessarily good at it.
