What? You don't want Linda Blutarsky back?

I remember that we used to have pitched battle debates about the importance of a quality leader of a Conference. Some used to argue that the Commissioner meant nothing. I say it means EVERYTHING. Val is an experienced basketball adminstrator. I am very happy with her leadership.

Just an aside. On my road trip to Cintas from NJ back in January for the XU/SHU game, I spent about 45 minutes in Newark Airport chatting with John Fanta as we were waiting for our flight to CVG. A real nice guy and he does a terrific job behind the mic for Seton Hall during the year. And of course he is a Cleveland guy!
