St Louis Tickets - Ticketmaster

Did anyone buy their tickets through ticketmaster recently? The only option it gave me was standard mail; 10 - 14 days. I've tried to contact them twice with no reply. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

Didn't they give you the option of either rush delivery or the ability to print your tickets at a Ticketmaster outlet?

Nope. NONE. I kept looking all over for it. I got an e-mail today that my tickets have printed. Logged on, and still have no option to print at home. If I don't receive a response by tonight, I'll be calling first thing in the morning.

They must have been told I was talking about them on Xavierhoops....e-mail I just received....

"Your tickets are on the way! They were printed on March 14th and shipped right after.

If you don’t receive them at least 48 hours before the event (we don’t plan on that happening), please contact us and we’ll have them waiting for you at the venue’s will call window on the day of the event."

So I guess if I don't get them in the mail tomorrow, I just have to call and they will at least be available at will call. Not horrible.
