Would you rather see Georgetown or DePaul win?

Georgetown does have talent, so there is a not infinitesimal chance they could challenge Villanova. They played like a Sweet Sixteen team for one game against us.

On the other hand, losing to DePaul could be another nail in the JTIII coffin, hopefully leading to a new coach getting the Hoyas back on track as a premier program.

You may also pull for DePaul because..................well, why not?

Georgetown. Meeting a friend for beers in the morning if Georgetown wins before he heads to the Garden. Going to Central Park with the wife if DePaul wins. Morning beers, please!

DSR goes 14-15 from the floor. The 15th being a buzzer beating layup that would have had them win by 1. DePaul by 1.

I'll vote for LadyMuskie or whoever said that "I couldn't care less" was a major pet peeve.

I can't imagine DSR thought he would be playing in the 8-9 Big East game his senior year when he signed on at Georgetown....

OH WELL!

There's still plenty of time to tune in. You've missed a GT puff piece on former players sending their kids to follow in their footsteps at GT.

Hayes back and starting for Georgetown. That's a bit of a surprise. Good for him to be able to give it a go in his last weekend.

Even with a loss tomorrow GTown should creep out of the 100's and into the 90's of the rpi right?

Nope. A loss to nova won't better their rpi at all. Need to beat nova to get top 100

If they beat Nova, I'll drown myself in alcohol. They are not very good.

DSR is the poster child for *not* coming back. You can max out your development ability in NCAA basketball, and its time to move on.

Take:

DePaul continues to be an embarrassment and Georgetown is a mystery wrapped in a riddle covers with enigma.

All you can say is that JTIII just misuses talent.
