Sorry if this was already posted, I didnt see it. Awesome Tre made 3rd team for USA today, I am pleasantly surprised.

Only 2 BE players in Tre and Dunn, both 3rd team. There were guys that will finish above Tre for BE player of the year that arent on the list. Interesting. Being the best player on a highly ranked team has its perks.

Wow, that's awesome. I guess having a Top 10 most of the season provided some national recognition. Let's hope for a Coach of the Year as well. (And a National Championship, while we're at it.)

Love Tre, Love X, but they got it wrong twice---objectively it should have been Hart and Bentil.

Hmm yeah. I think Dunn is getting that from his NBA-projected-performance, not his performance this year, which has declined in conference play.

There's a good argument for Josh Hart. Villanova has a lot of success-by-committee too. He's on pretty equal footing with Trevon there, on a (slightly slightly) better team.

16.3 ppg, 6.4 apg, 5.7 rpg, 2.7 spg.

Those are pretty damn impressive numbers. Maybe he didnt live all the way up to the hype or shoot as well as he should have but I dont think anyone can say his numbers this year didnt earn him the spot and only his projected future did.

congrats to Trevon Bluiett! Who was the last Musketeer to make an All American team? I thought Holloway made one once, but cant remember for sure and dont feel like looking it up.

Holloway did make the third team. Tre is the 4th X player to make an all American postseason team I believe.

For some reason I thought Holloway was a first-team AA in his junior year. I guess I was wrong and he was 3rd team AP All-American.

Saw this today at halftime of the Nova-Iowa game. Nice feature on Trevon, but where did he get his height? He's a foot taller than both his parents.
