Every year I stop shaving until Xavier loses in the tourney (or the championship). Since I was one of the few (as far as I can remember) who publicly disapproved of Myles' look I think it might be appropriate that I adopt his style. The problem is that I am ugly. Very ugly. I am mid-40s short, fat, bald on top with a big mole on my face. My beard is patchy and slow growing.

Is this the proper tribute to the team or would I look so bad that it is insulting to Myles?

I don't know. Would it make you look less Caucasian?

If you go through with it, I wouldn't mention it to Myles. On the other hand, you gotta love a man who is self-aware!

Go for it, and we'll send it to his twitter acct. He had a good sense of humor and may find it funny.
