Up near the top right of the page, I go to "Settings". On the left hand side, go down to "MY Account" and click on Paid Subscriptions.

Last time I paid with a credit card because I don't like PayPal. That doesn't seem to be an option this time. Am I missing something? I want to renew, but not use PayPal to do it. Thanks.

It's strange, but if you click on PayPal it then gives you the option to pay with a credit card.

After all these years, my cheap arse finally paid my membership. Thanks for a great board! For those asking about avoiding Paypal, just click the "pay with Paypal" link and then the next screen will give you the option of selecting 'pay with a credit card.' It worked for me.
