View Full Version : Last Free Weekend until April
I'm at sixes and sevens. What to do with my Saturday, with no Xavier B-ball. I could take the significant one to dinner and a movie without shoehorning it in around the game.
Last chance to this season, sort of like the All Satar break, until we are all hoping is a game on April 2.
May binge watch the rest of Making of a Murderer.

I was just lamenting to my Class of '96 brother that there's no XU bball this weekend. I'm so bummed. I could really use a game tomorrow.

How about a nice book to read.
My suggestion would be...How Not to Be a Dick: An Everyday Etiquette Guide.

doing a little travel this morning, run some errands this afternoon, Bengals game tonight, family time after church tomorrow. For me, this weekend off is perfect timing.

Bathroom renovation work....that I've stopped, started and stopped again for about 5 months. Golf and Xavier basketball just kept getting in the way, for some reason.

Make it count - take him somewhere nice.

I love how these two seasons (golf and Xavier basketball) are almost perfectly matched.

True W! Trophy wife, of course, loves the fact that one flows right to the other and back. I always have a reason to not pay attention to her.

I'm kinda glad XU is off, I've already got a busy enough sports day. Chiefs at 3:20, Bengals at 7:15, KU vs Texas Tech at 8. Good chance Muskies would've clashed with one of those games.

I've asked Benwar, he seems to have the biggest hardon right now.

Growing up in Lebanon I rooted for all the local teams, especially Xavier. It kinda of sucks now that they are the only program/franchise from there that's worth looking forward to watching. I don't think there is enough credit to possibly give coach Mack and the basketball organization for remaining a college basketball powerhouse for decades now.

Hope everyone stays out of trouble this weekend. Dont need a "Billy" Farr sighting at the riverboat casino craps tables.

There's a much better chance of either Vontez Burfict or Adam "Galaga" Jones doing something idiotic than a Xavier player.
Here's a hilarious writeup on Banners On The Parkway (http://www.bannersontheparkway.com/2016/1/10/10743846/xavier-players-troll-coach-mack-after-bengals-loss-to-steelers)
I'd say Edmond Sumner is getting much better if he and Makinde London are trolling Chris Mack after last night's game.

We clearly need to pay Mack better. 20 yard line seats? C'mon, man!

Not sure he'd want to get any closer to that stupid-fest at this point.
