I hate waiting this long between games, but it is a hell-of-a-lot better to be reminiscing a 12-0 start than ruminating on anything less.

Does anyone know what the team is doing over the break?

Any chance to throw them some Christmas cheer (within legal limits and NCAA guidelines, of course)?

I don't think you can offer them anything at all ever while theyre under scholarship. So even if they were on campus, no. lol

Technically you cannot give them any benefits even after they graduate/leave X.

I was thinking more along the lines of moral support / good wishes / blessings of the holiday season sort of thing...

I re-watched the Wake game yesterday. Plan to re-watch the Auburn game tomorrow. Otherwise, the long lay off SUCKS!! It is nice to not think of any "missed" opportunities this year. 12-0 is very sweet. As an alum of both of the schools which play on New Year's Eve...let's just say I hope my undergrad kicks my grad school's ass!! Go X!

I must be the only who never gets tired of watching the VD beat down down in Orlando.

Wow you must be very smart or very much in debt. Very impressive resume!!!

Probably somewhere in the middle. I tried to get into 'Nova hoops when I was there, but tickets were hard to come by (not free like at X), and I was a struggling grad student. Plus, while I loved it in my program, you don't seem to feel the connection to grad school that comes with being an undergrad. I still sort of root for V, but X is where my heart resides.

The next few days are gonna feel long without any Xavier games. Although it doesn't feel that bad when we are undefeated so far ha
