I know the past few years we've had closed door scrimmages against wvu, Cleveland state, etc
Anyone know if there will be one this year and if so who against?

Excellent. Should be a good test. I'm really glad we do this every year. No offense to northwood but this is just significantly better preparation.

I never liked that it was a rule that it had to be a closed scrimmage if it was between two div1 teams. If coaches WANT to close it, then fine. But, if you want to open it up to the public like any other preseason game in any other sport, then why the hell can't you?? The NCAA's justification for it amounts to nothing other than "just because."

Take this with a grain of salt, heard from a friend of a friend who knows a guy's cousin that Makinde London was BY FAR the best player on the court in the closed door practice. Could be 1 and Done guy.

By that logic, Jeff Robinson should have been on NBA draft boards:

agree with this 100%. should be able to play exhibition games against D1 schools.
That said I know Mack & Co. want this closed with how they run them. So no issue here.

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa. This sounds like Ferris Bueller. Let's see how Makinde does in Big East competion. As Allen Iverson, said, "It's practice, man!"

I was poking fun at closed door practice analysis in past years.
