I don't understand the obsession. All the Dayton posts really confuse me ? Aren't we interested in winning the A-10 tourney and several NCAA games ? Who really cares about Dayton. They suck. They've sucked for a long time. They'll continue to suck.

The Dayton posts don't bother me in the least. I get a kick out of them I guess. My take on it is that it is a fun diversion by a lot of people here. X has accomplished so significantly more than Dayton, and has been so significantly better than Dayton, for so long that it amuses me that the Dayton fans continue to think that they are just one year away, or are just one bad break away from hitting it big. I find the Dayton fans to be a curiousity. I read their board for my entertainment just like I read this one. They are a delusional lot for the most part. I think a lot of people on this board enjoy striking the Dayton chord for that very reason. It's funny to us.
