As noted in the title, the mens team beat the number 2 ranked team tonight on the road. This team is without a doubt the best team X has ever put together, and they are fun to watch. 4-2-1. Next home game vs Bucknell on Saturday at 7.

Watched the last bit of it on ESPN3, hopefully that win gets the team back on track.

I watched the entire match and was very thankful a handball wasn't called in the final seconds. To me that was a clear handball but in the end we deserved to win that game. We should be able to carry the momentum we now have through the conference season and beyond.

Excellent win by the men! I've got my Scarf hanging in the window of my office.

Great win, Creighton is rolling along and G'Town upended #1 UCLA. Big East is easily the deepest conference right now.

That's usually a given though, the Pac 12 teams are usually pretty decent, as are the ACC teams, but man the Big East is on another level right now. It's great for Xavier that they're getting some national love finally. Flemming has been quietly building this team into a powerhouse. Kudos to him.

Awesome stuff, they had fallen completely out of the Top 25 after the 2 losses....this will get them back in solidly for the remainder of the year.

As long as they don't lose a couple bad games in a row again.

Their next opponent (Bucknell) was also in the NCAA Tournament last season. They beat Seton Hall 4-0 earlier this season.

Good test. Not sure if you noticed but Shaw hasn't played GK in a while. Jaye played against Notre Dame and Cincinnati and Ciricillo played against VT.

Yeah, Tommy looks out for us....when he can. He's got. Lot of headwinds to navigate through though. :-)
