View Full Version : Prayers needed
A St X classmate has been courageously fighting cancer, and is really in need of prayers. He posted the following on his facebook page today:
Hey all - it is with a heavy heart to tell you all that I will no longer be receiving treatment for my cancer. My options have run out and the tumor had overrun my liver. In the hospital now trying to get fluids off my body so I can eat. Hospice will then monitor my care at home. This sucks but I have done everything I possibly can do. More to follow but coming to grips with it slowly. Still need those prayers - thanks for all your love and support!
Please send prayers for him and his family, for their peace and comfort, and especially for his wife and two kids.

That entry is almost haunting, but it certainly is courageous. How old is your friend?

Xeus. Tell your friend Angels Marianne and James are on the way. Prayers from me and my family on the way and will continue. More angels to follow daily on rotating basis but Marianne and James on 24-hour duty. God bless him and you

Cancer also hit St. X in another way this weekend. Trent Martin, brother of former St. X Coach, Scott Martin, lost his wife (Lynn Martin) to cancer on Friday. She was 43 and leaves behind 15 year old daughter and 13 year old son. Cancer does suck. Prayers to all.

Xeus, tell our friend Neal in addition to the two angels I sent Angel Conner 2 is on the way to take over. He and his twin Conner 1 have helped me through three bouts of that horrible disease. Of course the prayers of our entire family will continue.

I just realized my wife and I went to XU w/ Neal's sister. My wife was also classmates at MND w/ Jenny. Such awful news.
