I know they're a damn good team, but they don't "play well against everyone". Freaking Creighton almost beat them because they played poorly. Did they play well against Providence last night? They played like crap against G'Town. Seton Hall beat them.

Not every year. But its tough to say this year, as you pointed out the only times its close is if they have an off night shooting. Again, you are expecting Xavier to compete with the number 2 or 3 team in the country, calling it disappointing if we don't. Just high expectations that's all. Nothing wrong with it.

To lose by 20 and give up less than 70 points...that's ok. 2-3 months ago, this team would've have given up 90 points in a 20 point loss. This game came down to X not being able to make anything. Defense was still pretty solid.

Yes. This was a GREAT three days for Xavier. I am damn proud of our guys. Now it is time for Xavier, Villanova, and the rest of the Big East to go beat up the rest of the country.
