Rooting Interest for 2/25/15

Tons of bubble teams in action tonight that could have tourney hopes "Popped" with a lose. Doing this today makes me feel much better about X's chances to make the field due to the fact I can see other bubble teams losing too.

I pretty much always want UC to lose but I think its an interesting question on whether it is better for XU if they lose or win. They win it helps XU in terms of them being a good win for us, they lose and their tourney chances take a hit and anytime a bubble team's tourney chances take a hit, its good for XU at this point.

I'd rather they lose every game they play, especially ours, and sit home in March watching us dance every year.

you want them to win the game against us?

Or.... maybe we've identified an imposters true colors?

So far Indiana in a tight one. Smug program. Always want them to lose.

Watch yourself, 82. You're nearly on the wrong side of Rule #1.

I tend to be a rule follower....

Especially the scary rules. My wife will confirm this, if I ask her politely. I hope...

-FGCU loses tonight and loses #1 seed in A-Sun Tournament. Also probably ends their chances to finish inside top 100 in rpi
- Davidson beats Rhode Island by 1 on a 3 with 13 secs left. Rhody bubble burst with that home defeat?
- Dayton cruises vs George Mason and avoids bad lose.
- Indiana with a crushing lose on the road to Northwestern. Heading for a double digit seed at best
- UC destroys UCF to continue to push toward avoiding bad lose to finish season.

I just ran RPI Wizard on FGCU and they basically they have to win their final game and then win the conference tournament to break into the top 100. That's a reasonable goal, but I also don't think they can afford anything but a chalk bracket. If they don't face USC Upstate and North Florida (current 3 and 1 seeds) in the conference tournament, they won't really be able to help out Xavier.

How far can VCU drop with all these losses coming in lately and the big injuries?
