Rumor has it that xeus will be visiting his Manhattan property this weekend and will be there on Monday night.
I heard he was planning to pregame at Tavern on the Green.
I'll be there.
Section 106 Row 14 on the aisle, if anyone either a) wants to bring me a beer, or b) wants to have words. I'll be the guy who looks like a more muscular version of Mark Smydra, wearing glasses and a Xavier sweater vest.

If anyone is interested in pre-game libations there are multiple good options (it is NY F'in City after all). Cafe 31 is right across the street (on 31st St. not so ironically). Niles is a trendy bar in the Affina Manhattan at 31st & 7th. Gets really crowded before Ranger and Knick games - not sure about SJ games. Harringtons on 7th is OK. Good beer selection. I will prob be at Niles or Cafe 31 clad appropriately in Xavier Blue. Hope to see some friendly faces there!

How CONVENIENT! (In my best church lady imitation.) My ascot is available to all bidders.

I checked Ticketmaster and SeatGeek (great site btw - scans multiple broker sites and rates the deal being offered). I don't you'd have a problem getting one on the street (7th Ave) before the game. However my experience recently (concerts) is that the broker sites are better. SeatGeek has section 118 row 7 at $61, sec 106, row 12 at $40. Those are great seats roughly at the basket on 7 and 12 rows off the floor respectively. No upper level available as they don't open it unless demand is there.
The other thing for those going to the Big East Tourney - I think this is where you can get a good deal off the street, especially if you just want to get in. The upper level is open so there are plenty of seats and it won't be close to full.

I can't make the game this year but I would be shocked if you can't buy face value tickets at the box office right before the game. I got tix from a client last year but the lower bowl at MSG was maybe two-thirds full.
106 is behind the Xavier bench.
