I thought Jalen walked away, and kept his cool all night.

Looked like Jalen was growing up before our eyes. Let us hope...

Frankly, that double-technical was bullshit.

I think that was Jamie Luckie who called it. I believe he also butchered the charge on Stainbrook that was called for with about 3 minutes left. If X had scored there, it might have made the last few minutes easier.

In decades of watching hoops, that was the most BS T call I've ever seen, it comes close to calls made by high school refs in Maine trying to maintain the "integrity" of the game.
One guy trash talking to another guys back, the other guy turned his head almost 30 degrees. complete crap

Given this rivalry's history, it was probably a good pre-emptive move on the refs' part. We can't complain about refs not calling things tight enough at Cintas and then act shocked that they didn't want things to escalate at UC.

Completely. There was no aggressive motion...hell, Jalen and Ellis weren't even looking at each other. They were just yapping. Unfortunately, that's Jalen's reputation now.

Or.....
That was Jamie Luckie channelling TV Teddy Valentine, or maybe Alexander Haig, to get some national broadcast time.
"Hey look at me! I'm in control here!"
