I'm looking forward to being able to attend this game away from Cintas! The Musketeers should have some added confidence with the 5-1 record and finishing out a couple tough games. Not a good start for Big East play this season, weird that this is a conference game so early. but St Johns does seem to be a real player in the conference.

Lot's of positives in the first half especially cutting the deficit to be down by 3. Good ball movement, good defense. A couple times, there was a wise extra pass that resulted in a good shot. Jenna played with some grit until she had to be careful with fouls. Rae has a smooth shot.

Second half ... let's just say not so good. We were really stopped down low ... now in Big East play, lot's of shots blocked. We also looked tentative at times.

A group of frat boys seemed to know how to be on the border between being jerks and helping their own team. When Maddie when down with an ankle, they did show class and clapped when she was helped back up. And I give them credit because they did their research and were able to address coach Neal by his first name.
