Just a little FYI to any of you planning on making the trip west, to Columbia, on Dec.13th. I just bought my tickets (2) for $55 a piece. From what I understand the seats AND the hotels in Columbia on this date are selling fast! I bought these seats, sec.111 row 16 thru Vivid Seats as Stub Hub was even more expensive. I hope to see a large XU crowd in Columbia! Go Xavier!!!

I think both Kansas and Missouri should be barred from playing basketball until they agree to play each other again.
That being said, thanks for the info. I thought Mizzou's attendance had dropped, so it's somewhat encouraging to see it back up. Not that I particularly like Mizzou, but I want it to be a big game for us.

I don't think the Mizzou game will sell out, and if it does it will be late. One of the reasons the secondary market prices are so high right now is Mizzou's single game tickets only went on sale to the public Wednesday. I had no problem getting 15 together in a low row of the upper deck.
That being said, most of the lower level tickets are owned by season ticket holders, so the price for good seats on a weekend game may stay high (many season tickets are owned by STL and KC people, so they don't drive in for weekday games)

Also, if you have the means, you can be the Mizzou coach for the game:

They should've done this when Frank Haith was there. They'd have probably won more games.

Please bring home a win gentlemen. I have ZERO confidence in this team away from Cintas. This would be a good win just to get the first roadkill out of the way and give us more confidence going into Auburn.
According to Jeff Sagarin.....we should be favored by 7-8 points against Missouri and 9-10 points against Auburn (that could change with a loss to Mizzou).

Your inbox is full. There is no chance I get to Columbia before 2:00 or so, and I will probably be scrambling to make it to tip-off, unfortunately.

Just posted that Mizzou is offering tickets at a price of 4 tickets for $20.
So here is my plea for X fans to travel in mass from Cinci: It is 7 hours from Cincinnati to Columbia (74 N to indy and then 70 until you see campus). If you leave Cinci at 7 am you will be there by 1pm (you get an hour going there). You will have plenty of time to grab lunch and a beer prior to the game. Game will be over by 5pm which will put you on the road back to Cinci by 5:30 pm. You will be back in time to grab a victory beer at Dana's before going home.
If you split gas 4 ways, the whole trip will cost each person about 35 bucks (plus food).

That's a helluva day trip for the Cincy folks. It's 4.5 hours each way for me from Wichita, but I also only have Xavier within 10 hours of me one other time this season (at Creighton), so I can't miss the opportunity.

Probably not this year, unfortunately. I definitely want to try to go up for some of the Big East baseball tournament if Xavier makes it, though.
