Are a joke. Not the guys that are on them, of course, but the fact that the 1st team has 11 guys and 2nd team has 9. That's similar to allowing one representative from each team in the Baseball All-Star game -- dumb.
BE -- you are not that great & just pick 5 guys per team like every other league.
Just needed to rant.

I wonder why they stopped at 11? Let's see... 2 guards, 1 center... and what else???? 2 tackles, a tight end, a QB, etc.???

The BE does have more teams than most other leagues, so some would consider it semi-fair.

They have fewer teams than the NBA and any class level of any state, and those guys seem to manage to stop at 5 on the first team. There would be nothing wrong with recognizing more "teams" if they want. There should be nothing wrong with being 3rd, 4th, or 5th team all conference in the Big East.

I remember one year when the A-10 had 10 guys on the 1st team and 10 guys on the 2nd team, so I'm not sure we have too much room to smack them.
Then again, maybe Digger Phelps was selecting the players along with his 60-80 at-large teams.

First or last? That doesn't make any sense. You could finish 2nd or 3rd or 4th. Hell, you could finish 5th.
