Requesting DOES NOT guarantee tickets.

What's with $21.12 for Marquette?

Generally, how nice are the seats if I go this route. I realize everybody and his brother will request UC, and my Points Percentile is not looking good for that one.

I already went the Ticketmaster route for Butler (4th row end zone 200 level). Worth it to submit a request and see if X sends me better?

I believe they will be up on the benches. They are not bad seats. Just not awesome ones.

Is this only for season ticket holders?

I don't believe so.

Apparently they're big Rush fans.

Reps.

And as for the seat quality, I bought a ticket on the MSG website last year for St. John's and had a much better seat than the Xavier group that was up high behind the basket, but it depends on what you think the crowd will be.

I have my dibs in for the Providence and Georgetown games. Providence sells out and I am guessing a big crowd at GTown. Maybe St. John's, but I'm going my same route as last year for that one. Gotta have a sideline seat. Hate the end zones.

I bought tickets for the Auburn game, but got them from Auburn's page.
When I called the ticket office, a young man told me they could not sell ant single game tickets over the phone. He sent me to goxavier.com which only has a link to vividseats, the reseller they have a contract with, they had plenty of seats, but at scalper prices.
I'm assuming he was wrong, rather than your info Muskie.
I hope that's not what they tell everyone who calls

I got the information straight from GoXavier.com. I think the key is that you're putting in a request. If they don't get many ticket from the opponent, than I assume there is a pecking order (not sure if we are using points yet).
