@JonRothstein: Something to keep an eye on --- who winds up with the most NCAA bids in 2015 --- AAC, Big East, or Atlantic 10? Will be fun to watch unfold.
Discuss.

The ACC will be down with the loss of Louisville. I think it will be between and BE and A10

BE: 4-5 bids Nova, Georgetown, Xavier, 1-2 of Providence, St. John's, Seton Hall
AAC: 3-4 bids: SMU, Uconn, Memphis and 1 of Tulsa or Cinci
A10: 3-5 bids: VCU, and then 2-4 of Dayton, GW, Umass, URI.
My Guess BE: 5, AAC, 4, A10 4. but wouldn't be shocked for all 3 leagues to get 4 bids.

But, I still love them!

I actually like Richmond quite a bit. Dayton hasn't had the best of offseasons. I think Rhody will be improved, but I don't think they're NCAA ready yet. I honestly don't know much about GW or UMass. What is it that you like about them??
As far as the AAC goes, I'll say this for Cincinnati. They never start the season ranked or with much fanfair, but in recent years they've always managed to get there by the time it was over. You can't accuse them of being November heroes.
Providence has eight new players. I could see them finishing somewhere between the top twenty, and the top 200. I think it's just very hard to tell with a team like that. But, I do like Ed Cooley and think the program is going in as good of a direction as it has gone in a long time.

You're not kidding. Gavrilovic is gone (he'd at least get some minutes) and McElvene didn't qualify. They're going to struggle in the post. Plus, their JUCO transfer is out until January.

Sub in "Xavier", "seven" and "Chris Mack" and this could be the same opinion an outsider could have of this Musketeers team.

Perhaps. I didn't think of it like that, but...yeah. I guess you're right.

I agree on Richmond, I actually had them listed originally too. Still don't see A10 getting more than 5 bids though, but I don't think anyone saw them getting 6 last year. GW lost some key pieces, but have a good coach and return a lot from an NCAA team last year same thing with UMass.
