Would love for them to do this on a Saturday or Sunday next year. They could make it a nice little event with people coming to watch and little gathering with the team at Danas after for a few beverages, for those who are of age!

This was an awesome idea. I guess it's a good idea that the coaches won!

Actually it was a straight up draft, no assignments. Dee drafted for the white team and Matt S. for the black team. Although it was fun they were getting very serious toward the end. The black team came out swinging and went up big early in the game. Then the white team scored seven runs in the top of the 7th to go ahead by two. That was because Jalen Reynolds who looked like a fish out of water during his first two at-bats suddenly found his swing and crushed a triple to tie it.

FWIW Coach Mack has a ton of power and flew one to midway up the wall in the power alley in left (335 ft.).

It was a great time and I suggest if you want a good laugh you should come out if

And someone still got picked last. That must hurt if you actually think of yourself as an athlete. Usually that kid just can't wait to get back to the science lab or the drama club.
