NCAA Members Consider Loosening Transfer Rules

A few weeks ago, they wanted to tighten them. Now, others want to loosen them. The NCAA lacks many things....including a collective direction.

Not surprising there isn't a collective direction. The big schools with gobs of money want to operate on a different level. Another division of some sort is almost inevitable. The "NCAA" is not at fault. The NCAA is nothing more than a collective. A collective that has increasing disparity top to bottom.

edit: Also note who wants loosen transfer rules.. A big conference. ...Ie, they'll treat the smaller schools like a farm system.

The big conferences were the ones that wanted to tighten the transfer rules. Now another big conference wants to loosen them.

Nearly all of the rule changes are spearheaded by big conferences, yet they are the ones who are complaining that there are too many mundane rules.
