I kind of like it where it is. I sure as hell don't want to see it any lower than 30 secs.

I wish the NCAA would go to a 30 second shot clock. It gets boring watching guys pound the ball for 33 seconds before a shot goes up.

That's only for conference games, correct?

Right now, it's just for the exhibition games against nondiv1 teams. If they like it, they'll start using it for conference games, and maybe OOC home games if the opponent is agreeable.

Like I said, I'd be fine with it at 30 secs, but I don't want to see it any lower. I like that the shot clock allows for different strategies and styles of play. Teams cannot stall a game, but they can slow it down. Some of my favorite types of games are when an up tempo team plays a half court team who wants to slow it down because it's a game within a game to get control of the tempo. If you shorten the clock to anything less than thirty, I think it would make everyone play the same.

Love the 30secs idea. 35 is wayyyyyy too long. And it doesn make the offense better, it makes it worse.

I hear the 30 second shot clock will be known as the "Pittino rule."

I thought that was the 5 second count.

I hope the newest rule change is on the handchecking issue. That was quite annoying, early in the season
