Looks like UD's public safety department brought the charges against Scott per the link. I can only hope those charges against him ain't true.

Thats misleading, I thought you meant he didnt show up for a court date he was supposed to be at. From that article it doesnt seem like something he needed to attend, his attorney attended for him.
