I actually thought Farr played pretty well tonight. Finished the first half strong and played better defense than I'm used to out of him.

He looked a lot faster and more agile throughout the game, especially breaking up Marquette's fast break.

He sleeps with the knee raised and has a compression sleeve on it. In the morning, they go through the ice routine again. In the afternoon he does some stretching and light drills to make sure the pain is manageable. Does tests to determine strength and knee stability. Does some muscle stim. Iced again and told to rest it until warmups. If doctor gives the go ahead,,he is cleared to play. There may also be some stationary bicycle in there, but more to loosen the knee up, rather than working on cardio.

Bottom line....he is avaliable to play, but they only use him sparingly if at all. Save him for championship game against Providence.
