Up to 5. Something we don't know?

Sagarin Predictor would peg this line at 1.5, so this is rather odd.

I could be wrong but I think when the public hammers one way you go the other so I guess play Xavier. Heck I don't know. Maybe since Marquette is usually pretty good at home and Xavier has not been all that strong on the road. If xavier plays good defense and controls roly poly they should be in good shape. Marquette is well coached but they are not overly talented.

Yeah, the betters don't like Xavier at all in this one. I think Marquette is going to win easily at home. I just don't see this team getting it done on the road.

I've read on he internet that X can't/won't win a road game all year

There is a saying that "the masses are asses". Hopefully today is a good example of that.

Therein lies the problem...the public isn't hammering Marquette. 52% on Marquette, 48% on Xavier. Essentially a coin flip. The "sharps" or professional gamblers are the ones who are hammering Marquette....that's not a good sign. But hey, the sharps lose too. Think I'm gonna sit this one out.

I love how he continues to say it even after road wins as if the games didn't even happen.

Who have we beaten on the road? A 10-14 Alabama team and the 2 worst teams in the Big East. We have to beat some decent (Top 100 RPI) type teams on the road to make the dance. I don't see that happening. Today's game is huge for that reason, but I won't believe it till I see it.

And who have we lost to on the road? After today's game, 4 teams with a combined 45-5 home record. Road wins will be tough in this league, but I still expect us to be competitive in every game, and I think we will still steal one or two down the stretch. Today wasn't the day.

Yep, I'm the worst. You bunch of idiots don't seem to understand that it doesn't matter if we play at Marquette. To be an NCAA team, we have to win some of these games to make up losing to the $hit teams we have lost to in Seton Hall and USC. We knew Jake Thomas was going to shoot, yet we made him look like a freaking All-American again. We also had what like 19 turnovers. Completely unacceptable. Again I ask, will we win @Georgetown or @ St. John's? We have to win 1 of those, plus @Seton Hall to make the tourney. Anything less is unacceptable.
