Xavier cut a 14-point deficit to just three in the waning seconds, but was unable to complete the rally in a 95-89 loss at Creighton in the Musketeers' first BIG EAST road game in the BIG EAST. The loss snapped XU's eight-game win-streak, bringing the Musketeers' record to 13-4 and 3-1 in the BIG EAST. Creighton improved to 13-2 overall (4-0 BIG EAST).
