Other than that picture obviously being of Brad Redford and not Stainbrook (ha), it's really kind of an amazing picture. Look just how far to the right of Semaj's body his left foot is. Look at the angle between his ankle and his foot. The physics involved in turning a corner that hard are pretty phenomenal. I'm pretty sure my ankle would snap clean off my foot and I would never walk again if I tried that move.
