I know many of you know "Q" from here and other places. I just wanted to let you all know that today, he is celebrating his 50 year anniversary with his lovely wife (my aunt). They will be renewing their vows as X dismantles Wake this afternoon (Hey....some things are more important than basketball!). Anyway, it's an amazing accomplishment and I wanted to let you all know about it. Congrats, Q! See you tonight--and I hope she says "Yes" again.

i am more than half way there, and I marvel at the thought. Wonderful! I remember the entire family traveling to gather at my parents 50th. Special occasion that will never be forgotten. Our family also traveled to meet years ago for my wife's aunt's 50th in Atlanta. I remember driving through Buckhead to get to a dinner reservation and thinking "who the hell would live here and put up with this traffic - I could walk it faster!". Now I live here. Sorry, I digress. Hands in shame indeed....

Next time we're all together, I'll regale your beautiful daughter with more of the ancient's (you dad is among us) wisdom and tales. Seriously, no man could be more fortunate than I am today.
