New chant at the Xavier game

I know these past two days have destroyed our insides but we will be just fine starting tomorrow. With that said do you guys think it would be cool if we could have the Fans at the game do this chant? Have one side saying XAV......... and the other side saying IER........ Not like the one we do now. Check out the link below and tell me what you think. I added a little Middle Eastern music just to add a beat but the chant itself could be kind of cool, or not.

I think Kansas does something similiar with rock chalk jay hawk. Back when X played Indiana at the Hoosier dome in the NCAA tournament a black college did a similiar chant and it was very intimidating. Now that school got destroyed but it was just a cool sound. Just thought it might be cool to do. The cheers we have are getting a little old.

Was at the game against Illinois in Chicago a few years ago and they did something similar. One side of the arena started I-L-L and the other side responded I-N-I.

Yeah the music isn't needed just the chant. We need to do something different to wake these guys up. Just a horrible week :(

Maybe, after seeing the poor performance at Atlantis, we should keep it simple, by just yelling "win" to remind the team of the ultimate goal each game. After today's game, I'm not sure they're aware of what's supposed to happen. :wink:
