Per today's enquirer, XU Grad Jason Parker qualified as one of five Americans to represent the U.S. in the mens air rifle at the Summer Olympics in China.

Up until 1924, Tug-of-War was an Olympic sport. In the 1904 games, held in St. Louis, the Americans swept the medals. Some guys from Milwaukee took the gold, and then two different teams from St. Louis took the silver and bronze. USA! USA! USA! USA!
