Congrats to Mr. Neal. Hopefully he can get past what will probably be a painful first season and get the program back to where it was 3 years ago.

That move indicates to me that he will get more than a one year audition.

I'm sure Xavier is giving more than a year. I was thinking more along the lines of not hanging himself.
